FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
June 11th, 2007 - Few experiences are as enchanting as being under a canopy of stars on a clear night. Galaxies above bring feelings of wonderment and romance no matter where you are. Van Gough’s curiosity in the above, sparked inspiration for his most famous painting, “A Starry Night.” It was the same marvel and interest that lead Scott Olson, the inventor of Rollerblade and Rowbike to develop his Lunar Bed.
“Lunar Bed allows you to enjoy the pinnacle of the day…which may in fact be night-time. Why go in at night to an oversized master bedroom when you can experience a universe of romance under the awe of the night’s sky in complete comfort.
Staring into the heavens above captures the real adventure instead of gawking at late night TV," says Olson.
Olson’s idea is to introduce an enclosed retreat over a bed of choice, featuring a high quality dome glass ceiling for picture perfect star/sky-gazing. Lunar bed provides full insulation and climate control offering air-conditioning and heating for comfort during all seasons. An extension cord supplies full power for additional electronic needs. Wheels offer easy mobilization and side windows accommodate ventilation and security.
Cost is somewhere in the neighborhood of $3,500-$5,000 depending on the size of the Lunar Bed. Additional options such as size adjustments and carpeting are available for an extra cost. Factory direct orders are delivered within 4 to 8 weeks.
Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast, hopeless romantic or perhaps looking for an economical guestroom, the Lunar Bed won’t leave you dissatisfied.
